Why look for the best nutrition blogs?

There is a lot of noise in the wellness space, and so much information to sort through. With this list of carefully selected holistic nutrition blogs, I’m helping you skip the overwhelm and go straight to what is truly helpful.

These holistic health blogs are the most educational, practical, and approachable.

This list is a great place to start if you want to learn more about your health and nutrition. And blogs can also be a great resource if you have health challenges that you want to address on your own. (And if you’re tired of DIY health solutions, I would love to book a call to talk to you in more depth and give you personalized next steps!)

How to use this list of holistic health blogs

As you browse these blogs, be prepared to encounter ideas you have never heard, and even some you will not agree with!

I do not agree with or endorse everything on these websites, but I have found many helpful ideas and have learned a lot.

Some are explicitly about nutrition, while others are more general and cover different areas of holistic health — but all are related to how you can support your health through natural living and intentional choices!

Search for specific health topics

If there is any specific health or nutrition topic you are researching, you can do a search on these blogs. This will give you relevant posts to read about your particular topic.

Pro search tip: If a website doesn’t offer a search function, you can use any search engine using this sequence: “keyword site:https://www.blog.com”. For example, search my website for walking by pasting into Google: “walking site:https://www.amandagracenutrition.com”.

Big picture learning

For broader health answers, you can read and follow a blog over time to gain a fuller picture and deeper understanding of the holistic health space and the many topics that are included. Most of these writers cover a wide range of topics — nutrition, movement, skincare, environmental toxins, etc. By definition, holistic health includes input from all areas of health! If you stick with one or two bloggers over time, you will hear a variety of topics that are all helpful.

Do you prefer podcasts?

If you prefer to plug in your earbuds or listen while you drive, I’ve got a similar list just for you! Check out my list of the 10 best nutrition podcasts for my top recommendations. There are a few health podcasters that aren’t bloggers, so it’s definitely worth looking at both lists to get more resources.

Now let’s dive into the list of the best nutrition blogs!

Also, you can use the search bar at the top to search for any keywords which will give you ample reading on the topic from the web archives of the Wise Traditions journal.
